Aurora dance - peak 2013 or wait another 11 years

Solar activity peak every 10.7 years, so the space storm around earth will be stronger than normal every 10.7 years. Substorm is the cause of aurora dance, therefore aurora dance correlated to solar cycle which is 10.7 years. The best time to view aurora dance is predicted as 2013 or wait another 11 years.
